I just reserved a month to promote through ads my book in pre-order, coming out in Kindle on Aug 28. I have a promotion specialist working on pitching to reviewers so there will be at least 20 reviews by the time the book is released. However I see above that the requirement for average review star rating above (where I applied is 3.5) and on my receipt for my $35 for one month, it is 4 stars.
Please resolve this for me if you will
