  1. Congratulations to everyone for making it this far – but special kudos go to Michael McBride for ANCIENT ENEMY! The book is incredible. I know it will take you places!

  2. My heart is racing. I am honored to have my book, Are You Kidding Me? My Life with an Extremely Loud Family, Bathroom Calamities, and Crazy Relatives, nominated as a semi-finalist. Thank you.

  3. The Kindle Book Award is such an esteemed accolade! I am happy and honored to have AN ALMOST PERFECT CHRISTMAS make the semi-finals. Congratulations and best of luck to all the semi-finalists!

  4. Congrats Katy Regnery “The Vixen and The Vet” in the Romance category. I LOVE that book!! I have read in twoce and have it on Audible! If you like that you should read her English Brothers series!

  5. This is perfect timing since Excelsior will be on sale tomorrow, Saturday, and Sunday. 🙂
Thank you again and best of luck to all the rest of the semi-finalists…

  6. Big congrats to all the semi-finalists! Although I wish my book, Dynam, was one of them — I know the competition was fierce! I just released my second novel, Luce. Hoping to get it entered in next year’s contest. Good luck, everyone!

  7. Been happy dancing through the house. I am grateful to be a Semi-Finalist and honored to be among the other great writers in the Mystery/Thriller category. Congratulations to all of you.

  8. Congratulations to all semi-finalists! What a strong list of remarkable and talented authors! To see The Other Side of Quiet as a semi-finalist was a very exciting moment. Thank you for this experience!

  9. Well I wasn’t expecting that… horse books for teenage girls are so often overlooked as being a worthwhile part of the YA genre so I am thrilled to see that Dream On has made the semis! Truly is an honour, cliché as that sounds. Best of luck everyone for the finals!

  10. Wow, I’m floored to have made it to the finals. This is such a huge honor. Congrats to my fellow finalists!! And congrats to those who even made it to the semi-finals! That is a big accomplishment itself!!

  11. This is fascinating! It must be an enormous job to do the judging. How does Amazon go about it? One can’t read ALL the books. What are the starting qualifiers? Sales levels? Reader reviews? Of course, this is also helpful to everyone’s sales.

  12. Gasp! Finalist? Yippee! Oh sorry, a little more decorum perhaps. Thank you, Kindle Book Review, for naming Mazie Baby a top 5 finalist in the in the Suspense/Horror category. On a day she also received a bronze Readers’ Favourite medal, this is quite a morning!
